I attempted to purchase an e gift card for myself and the website said it was declined, but my card company said it was approved. Aveda, customer service, said it had no record of my purchase. I sent them proof of the charge and in our last correspondence, they told me there was no charge and it was an error. I called the holder of my card and there is still a charge pending. I can't dispute the charges until it is posted. Aveda will not respond to my emails anymore, where I am asking for either the e card or the removal of charges. I will never do business with their website again.

The website is terrible to navigate. It dropped me several times. I couldn't check out the way I should be able to. Not a smooth process at all. It took me over 45 minutes to order what was in my cart. If I didn't love the product, it wouldn't be a big deal. Website needs some serious help. It doesn't matter where I am (work/home), the website lags and the experience is horrible from a user standpoint.

Having read some of the reviews maybe I was lucky - I got my order! However, yet again the promised 'free samples' were missing. No apologies. Nothing to say they are out of stock. Just missing! this is not the first time this has happened. Aveda, do not promise what you cannot deliver.

Los productos son de buena calidad pero el servicio postventa es pésimo. Hice un pedido de 143€ y tenía un código promocional por el cual me iban a enviar un champú en seco. Por un fallo técnico no se agregó al carrito y tampoco recibí el email de confirmación por otro error técnico con lo cual no pude comprobar el pedido. Una vez que llega a mi casa falta ese producto y también uno de viaje de 5€. Les llamo por teléfono y me dicen que lo reclame por email. Han pasado más de 10 días y solo me marean. Están haciendo una investigación casi judicial por un producto que cuesta 5€. Es un servicio de atento con al cliente pésimo. Hay marcas igual de buenas y con un buen servicio.

So disappointed. Not the way to run a business!! My order was made 7 days ago, and it calms it’s still in warehouse?! Spoken with 2 representatives on phone! Still no email to say it’s been shipped. Purchased items a week ago online, and nothing is shipping. Status has not changed, I've contacted customer service both via chat and by phone and no resolution. You cannot even cancel the orders unless you do it within 30 minutes of placing the order, which in itself is crap, since they aren't even shipping it out. Buyer beware! First and last order with this company! I'll be disputing any charges at this point through my payment company.
