They raised surprises in the product. I have used for years and years. They're making you buy it in a tiny little bottle of five ounces which I use in one Application. I'm so disappointed that they are not selling larger sizes. It is ridiculous and I've seen so many reviews that people are never gonna order to give. And I'm joining that I'm never, ever ordering it again. I'm so mad. I'm going to have to find another product. And i'm going to start doing my research Tonight and i'm finished with you

Ich vermisse das alte Color Control shampoo. Es hatte so gut gerochen, das Neue riecht furchtbar es riecht nach Obst… und die Textur ist nicht mehr wie früher. Echt schade. Ich hoffe, das sich das ändert.

Ordered 3 products from them over a month ago. AvedA sent product to my old address. Called 4 times customer service assured me they would send my order to me. REMEMBER they got their money in December 2023. It’s almost February 2024. No product and no refund AND no service. Got transcripts my first call but the other 3 reps ever sent me the transcripts. Called today asked for manager was told someone would call me within an hour. It’s been 3 hrs still no phone call. I’m going to report them to every place I can. They stole my money and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Wirklich interessant zu sehen, wie Aveda reagiert, wenn man auf Trustpilot eine schlechte Bewertung abgibt (siehe meine Bewertung unten und den dazugehörigen Kommentar von Aveda): Sie fordern einen auf, eine Email zu schreiben, damit man von Ihnen Hilfe erwarten kann. Schreibt man eine Email bekommt man allerdings statt Hilfe eine Aufforderung eine Umfrage mitzumachen, um den Kundenservice zu bewerten. Interessante Strategie. Hilft nur dem Kunden nicht.

I have been using Aveda products for over 25 years. I have seen the quality of service going down since the first change of hands when it was bought by Estée Lauder. Things have been going downhill with their customer services rapidly. I am a few points below Tier 7 of Aveda Pure Privilege and recently I have reacted to the Shampure Shampoo (1 L size), either a change of formula or my scalp has changed. Either, but the way I was treated, by a pre Madonna, when I raised the issue was horrible. They don't read emails and they miss replying then suddenly the customer is accused of being a con. whereas they are an absolute disaster. They cut costs by hiring junior people which change at almost the rate we change our socks, they don't train them and then they put them at the face front. Horrible service. Anyhow, their loss. *NB: folks, do to be fooled by the reply asking to contact them for a resolution. They are a waste of space and an insult to all credible businesses. My advice, avoid. Plus their products are full of chemicals, not as advertised. An absolute con artistry. Avoid, avoid and this is not an individual case at all, read the other reviews to confirm how bad Aveda are.

Versprochenes Gratis-Produkt in Orginal-Größe war der Lieferung nicht beigelegt. Kontakt mit Kundenservice aufgenommen - angeblich war das Produkt "vergriffen". Entgegenkommen war ein 15 % Rabatt-Code. Das ist ja lächerlich ;-) Anscheinend bin ich kein Einzelfall, wenn man die Bewertungen hier so liest.

Ordine effettuato il 30 novembre. Dopo quasi 1 mese ricevo chiamata del corriere che stava consegnando in ufficio, ormai chiuso per vacanze di natale. Mi dice che lascia la merce a un punto di raccolta e mi invia un QR code per il ritiro. Non ricevo nessun QR code. Chiamo assistenza Aveda mi rispondono che loro non sono responsabili delle spedizioni e che una volta consegnata la merce al corriere sono fatti del cliente. Chapeau, per essere estee lauder, un servizio davvero pessimo

Good day Trust that this finds you well I would like to express my frustration with regards to your poor service . The phone was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of December and yet we are on the 14th of December and yet still nothing The tracking number you provided is none existing and I am unable to track it. We are traveling outside of the country next week ane we still don't have the phone we purchased. This is huge inconvenience my business is on hold due to not having a phone. My business is suffering a loss without a phone Kindly advise when the phone will be delivered and should not be later than next week Wednesday as we are tavelleng out of the country. I ask that you if your unable to deliver the phone you refund us the market value of the phone so that we can buy at our local store to travel with the phone next week. You can also buy it locally.
