This website is a joke, just like any other website that I have used for my properties. I have several properties with them, and at first they were like we’re the one and only Holy Grill website. They will deposit my rent money the next day if I pay $9 for each unit. Of course I did that and my money was deposited a week after each month. The best part is there customer support. 3 days I tried to call them and no one answer. I sent them an email requesting a call back, their answer is you can email us instead of calling 😳. Thanks for nothing. I cancelled all of my rental properties with them. Save the headache and go to a different website.

As a small PM, I enjoy the free Avail for managing my 4units. As a product manager, there are some simple updates that could be made. Every month, the primary question I try to answer as fast as possible is, “what is the status of each of my tenants rental payments”. If it’s pending, I should still see it. I should see it in a condensed view that can be seen without scrolling on both my computer and mobile phone. If there were an Avail mobile app, I would definitely use it.

I tried calling Support several times and there were no representatives available. So I tried the chat several times and it kept giving me auto responses that did not answer my question. They were completely different answers unrelated to what I was asking. Then I submitted a ticket, and it has now been over 24 hours with no response. What has happened to your staff? They used to be so responsive and helpful when I would call them on the phone. One of my tenants is trying to make payment and cannot. That is a huge problem!
