May not work for everyone …
A waste of time for my family we paid this company 50 per person (4) plus 98 dollars, It did nothing. I had to pay another 450 to be background by the COA. Avail could not verify anything to the COA. They did not add my rental payment history. I would be due your due diligence before signing up. It may work for some, but did not for my family and the 298 dollars hurts. Realtor.com makes it seem like it's a seamless process not all communities will use the info from them so you end up paying multiple times. I'm trying to see about a refund, if they provide that I would change my review.

Hey JP, We’re grateful you took the time to share your thoughts. Our goal is to provide a seamless rental process for both landlords and tenants. We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. In some situations, verification challenges can arise due to third-party limitations or incomplete documentation, and we do our best to communicate and resolve these promptly. The $350 charge you referenced does stand out, as that amount typically applies only when a significant number of units—around 38 or 39—are added. We’d love the opportunity to look into this further for you. Please reach out to our support team directly at 312-292-9347 (M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM), and we’ll make it a priority to address your concerns. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your honest feedback means a lot to us, and we look forward to the opportunity to make things right in the future.
