Hey Kellie, Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We completely understand where you’re coming from, and we recognize the need for more flexibility with applications. At the moment, our platform is designed to require applications to be completed before the landlord can view them. It's set up this way to prioritize consistency, fairness, and accuracy for both landlords and renters. We’ll share this with our product team so they can explore ways to make the process more adaptable without losing the protections in place. In the meantime, if you’d like, our support team can walk you through potential workarounds that might make things a bit easier as you review applicants. We truly appreciate your input—it’s landlords like you who help us evolve and ensure the platform works better for everyone!
