I needed new windshield wiper replacements and had absolutely no idea how to install them or which kind to purchase. I was at the location in Darien, IL. Alex was the employee who helped me out and guided me into which wipers to buy. He also installed them for me with no problem! He’s the man!

I went to the Autozone store I Brainerd MN. Aug. 19, 2020 Nate, Helped me diligently and with confidence. He told a potential customer on the phone he had a customer in front of him. (Me). He told phone customer he could call back or wait. Very professional. I’ll be back !

I was helped by Irwin today 8/14 around 11:30AM in Orlando store 3812. Irwin was very helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to even come out to my car to make sure I had the correct part. It is employees like Irwin that keeps your business going. He was so helpful that I told his manager to make sure he was awarded in some way. Thanks Irwin.

We had gone to the AutoZone on E State Rd. 434 in Longwood, Fl. (location # 2470) Ivette took care of us. She was VERY courteous. Juan (the mechanic) tested and replaced our battery. He was VERY knowledgeable and skilled. Our overall experience was five stars and this is our 'go-to' place for any and all servicing from now on. Other service locations should model themselves after this one.

Had a rough time changing the oil filter on a 2020 rav4. Good luck to all that need to do that. George is an employee at this autozone on 4812 he helped tremendously from getting the tools and ringing us up. Very knowledgeable and perfect customer service. Thank you for your hard work

The store on Main St in Bridgeport was clean and organized. A salesperson was disinfecting the counters during my visit. Jory W, the manager was knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased a battery, and he installed it for me for free! I would recommend Autozone for anyone needing parts.

Went to get a low beam headlight for my car. Who knew there were two different types of low beam headlights? I didn’t, but Angel did! Great customer service, was friendly, patient, and knew his products!! It felt good to talk to someone that knew what he was doing!!!
