Brand new water pump leaks while I add coolant. Engine not even running!!! I also find that the Duralast number is actually Autozone. So, WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR MY TIME, FUEL AND HEADACHE TO DO THIS JOB TWICE??? NOT HAVING THE OPTION TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN AUTOMATICALLY TAKES YOU OFF MY LIST OF COMPANIES TO DO BIZ WITH. Order a starter so that I can drive and ordered it as next day delivery talked with a manager that promised it would be here the next day and it still isn't here I've been waiting now 3 days and in the hotline they just keep saying sorry but we can't do anything this is fraudulent behavior I've already payed all I want is my product Stay away from this company!!!

Did 2 online orders. Free next day delivery. Today is 2 days later. Still hasn’t been shipped. Horrible chat representatives, Noah and Mike. No help at all and they rudely end the chat. Spent over 400 on these orders to drive to work. Missing 2 days of work now. All they offered was a 5$ gift card.

George was my clerk and he went above and beyond to help me including physically helping me install the product. He was friendly and courteous.

Great big shout out to district Manager David Isom for going above and beyond helping to get my blinker and break lights back working. First of all I thought it was a fuel issue, but when he checked it for me and told me it wasn't the fuel, in fact it was the bulbs. Not only did he make sure it was the right bulbs, he replaced them for me. He really made my day and made me feel special.

Everything went wrong that could possibly go wrong. My first package got lost in transit, had to wait 5 days for brakes and rotors when i need them quickle, even bought the faster shipping, kept calling said they would ship another, they didnt ship it and called back and they said they have no more in stock. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ORDER FROM AUTOZONE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE
