Can't trust AutoZone in Elizabeth, CO anymore. We purchased new headlights for my husband's truck - expensive $100 LED lights recommended by the store - and they were a disaster. They only work on high; the AutoZone employee said we needed to install a voltage regulator to manage the higher draw. But only one guy knew how to help us with it and he was never there when we went in. So we decided to switch back to regular lights. TJ the manager was gone by the time Rob got there. The two employees in the store couldn't or wouldn't help. Dennis was nice enough but unskilled. Xavier was rude, told Rob "I don't care," when asked for help. I've been a loyal customer for years. Now, I guess I'll go to Reilly's or NAPA.

Did not warranty my delco battery. No more autozone, no more delco. Hello Napa.

I stopped in as I needed new wipers. My husband has passed, he did all of the car stuff. Brandon at the Portage, WI store was FANTASTIC! Brandon went above and beyond. He installed my wipers, sold me windshield washer fluid, and topped that off for me as well. This widowed women left your store in awe!! I can't thank him enough.

Terrible service in the world! Don’t Recommended!

I decided to try the next day home delivery that autozone was promoting. I ordered on time and the next morning FedEx had my order on its truck for a targeted delivery time by 12pm. At 5pm I’m notified it’s delayed until Monday ( it was currently Saturday). I chatted online with customer service and was told delivery is not their fault to call FedEx. Before I could reply the chat associate closed out the chat. I then reconnected with a new rep and told me I had to wait until Monday. I asked if I could pick up on store and just cancel, they told me no. They said I had to return it to the store when it arrives for a refund. I can not wait two more days for the part. I’m going tomorrow to buy it at a different store and refusing the fedex if it shows up. I don’t know why they would prefer to be out the shipping cost twice and the loss of a customer, instead of just changing it over to a in store pick up. And then I would have taken the item to return once I received it. And if I didn’t they could still charge me. Just like Amazon does. The customer service is horrible. The chat associates are rude and do not even attempt to assist. They continue to say “ I’m sorry for any trouble this may have caused”. Well you say sorry when someone dies, not even you screw up and have the option to resolve it. There would be no reason for an apology. If autozone is trying to compete with Amazon and other companies with this next day delivery, good luck cause your customer service will bury the efforts before they even get far. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure I voice this as much as possible and place reviews on all the national auto websites that deal with auto parts from autozone.

I absolutely loved the associate Blake! He helped me put on my hubcaps on my 2010 Toyota Camry. I accidentally broke mine because I pressed too hard so he happily refunded those and then I bought new ones and he put them on for me.

Don't order online. They're scam. If you want to return, you have to go different stores if the system failed. They don't accept label for return. Waste of time......

Chuck at AutoZone in Big Bear Lake gave us excellent customer service! He went above and beyond 👍very pleased
