Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

I had my new car Toyota Camry shipped from Minneapolis to Boston. Everything was as expected. .They guided us through the entire process and it was very smooth.I had a couple of questions and they were quickly answered. They picked my car right on time and got to the destination well ahead before arrival date.No complaints at all!! I would say that the cost and the experience were very well worth it. I'm greatly satisfied with the service , would use it when needed again and highly recommend to all my friends!!I definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport shipping to anyone wanting a hassle free experience.

My shipping experience with Direct Express Auto Transport was wonderful. They were courteous, professional, and prompt. My car arrived in perfect condition, and the driver was most accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely satisfied.

very fast , reliable and very reaonable price. i am very pleased with the service from beginning to end of the shipping. highly recommended. thank you.

My car was picked up on first available date and delivered in given time at the price quoted. There was no damage which I was concerned about given all the reviews out there. Only negative would be that truck driver did not call on day of pickup till 2pm (after I had to called him) and wouldn't give a pick-up time. He eventual called again at 8pm and actual pick-up was after11pm. So we waited all day for car to be taken. Given end result I can live with the inconvenience of pick-up time.

I called these guys because they got good reviews and were price competitive. 1. They told me they could get a driver assigned in 2 days so I paid extra for that. They told me I would have the at in 5-7 days. This was important to me because I was going on vacation 11 days later. 2. It took 5 days to get a driver so I called when the driver was assigned and they told me that they didn't know when the car would be delivered and could not guarantee it would be before I left. 3. I asked them to cancel everything and send me a refund. They agreed and hung up. 4. 5 days later, with no further communication from Direct and after I have already started the process with a favor from a friend who used to run a more professional car delivery company, I get a call from a driver telling me he is delivering my car the next day. I am, of course, out of town so I have to spend a few hours trying to find a friend to accept the car which shows up the next day. 5. Driver was friendly and professional. Net, Direct caused me a ton of angst, did not cancel the work as requested, did not refund me the difference between expedited and regular service (I paid for the former but received the latter), and most importantly, made my friend call in a favor for me which I then had to back out of which was embarrassing. I Do not recommend

Our daughter graduated from college in south Florida and moved back home to Minneapolis and needed her car. The person I initially spoke with, Ashley was extremely nice and heloful. The car was picked up the same day and delivered within one day of the estimate. Very easy and reasonable price. I couldn't have driven it myself for less !

Having only shipped 1 car before, I was cautious shipping my wife's new Range Rover. The driver was proactive, on time and always able to be reached. Take it from a car guy...your in safe hands.

I go the car shipped on time and at a very low cost. I love it.
