The service received by direct express was excellent. The assistance given by the sales representative, Jessie was first rate. We were well informed of everything that was going on from the time we made contact with their company. They guarantee service for money. It was wonderful knowing that you can speak to someone who kept on updating you with qoutes, collection and, delivery time. Their priority was giving the service and then payment. We are in the Caribbean and felt comfortable transcating business for our daughter via direct express. They were highly recommended to use and we will highly recommend them. Roger B

I could not have been happier with the service I received from Direct Express. I was very nervous purchasing and transporting a 35-year-old collector car out of state and over 1,000 miles distant, having never done this before. I did an Internet search and contacted 5 or 6 other transport service companies, and all of them quoted a much higher price for an enclosed truck, some more than two times what I eventually paid to Direct Express and the carrier they used. From the point I contacted them, the representative I spoke with, Kelly, was very friendly and walked me through the process, patiently answering all of my questions. She was quick to call me back when I had additional questions about logistics and delivery. In short, they secured a great carrier and driver, at the best price I could find, and most importantly, my car was delivered unscratched and a bit ahead of schedule! I was so pleased that I tipped the driver $100! I would highly recommend Direct Express, and will definitely use their service again if I ever buy another vehicle this way.

Dealing with Direct Express was incredibly easy and quick. There were no hidden charges, or last minute up fees. Everything was simple and straightforward. I contacted Ashley, my service rep she was able to get my 1964 Corvair picked up and delivered earlier than they promised on the website. Everything went exactly as promised.

From my experience, they will generally coordinate and get you a driver very close, if not exactly on your first available start date. Much cheaper than other cross-country vehicle shipping services.For my driver at least, the car arrived without any issues or damage. Just be be aware that the trucks generally can't get right to your doorstep, and you may have to figure out a way to get the car to the truck for the initial pickup or to get yourself to the truck in order to receive the vehicle.

I wanted to have my car shipped, and Direct Express Auto Transport came to my home to pick up the car. They then delivered the car to my new apartment 4 days earlier than expected, which only made me happier. I will use this company again if the need comes up, and would recommend this company to anyone!
