This is the fourth time I've used this company to ship my car (I work temporary around the country) and it is no fuss no muss. A real pleasure.

I average having a car shipped about once a year, from wherever I find them around the country to rebuild and re-sell. the first time I used Direct Express was for a car in Nevada (I'm right off I-5 in S. Oregon). I was happy with the quick service, and the price was very reasonable so I used them the next year for a car in the S. Cal. area. this car was also picked up fairly quickly, but when it arrived the driver couldn't speak any english and he had no idea how to get the car off of the top rack of the transport truck. I ended up basically unloading it myself, in the rain. the title was also not with the driver, or he couldn't understand what I was asking for, so it took another week to receive it from Direct Express. my third experience was excellent, with a car from Penn. it was picked up quickly by a very competent driver and delivered as promised. all a good experience. the last time I used Direct Express, and I do mean the LAST time, I needed a car picked up a few miles North of Dallas. two months and many phone calls later it was still not picked up so I cancelled the order and hired another company. I think anytime you use a company that's a broker (as Direct Express is), and not an owner/operator, you'll find a similar variety of experiences with there service depending on who actually picks up the load. the DX prices have always been reasonable, and the dispatchers are friendly and courteous. sometimes that's enough…….... and sometimes it isn't.

My BMW X5 arrived from across the country on time (early even) without a scratch - and the driver was courteous and careful. I will be using Direct Express Auto Transpport going forward for all my vehicle transport needs and will be recommending them o friends and colleagues.

I will not hesitate to use them again!

We placed our most recent order and received the driver assignment that same day. The car was being shipped from Pennsylvania to Kansas City. The car arrived three days later! That's service. Thanks Direct Express Auto Transport.

Our family has used Direct Express twice for a cross-country auto delivery, and both times we came away very satisfied. Great customer service, good communication with the truck driver, with the car arriving in good condition. If the need arises again for an auto transport, Direct Express is who we will call!!!

He arrived on time and he was very friendly and helpful as the car would not start and he had to push the car off the hauler. Would do business again in a heart beat! Driver went above and beyond.

I had a car shipped from PA to OH. It cost about as much as a 1-way plane ticket, and was a very simple process. Only part I didn't like was having to pay the driver directly rather than paying with my deposit. I was shipping to a shop, so I had to work things out beforehand so they could take delivery. Still an excellent service and I will use them again. Thanks!
