I called and spoke with Kelly, asking a couple of questions. I then gave her a time the car would be available. I got an email saying the car was picked up and was on the way. The driver of the transporter called the next day keeping me informed of his location. The car arrived a day early and in perfect condition. I have used direct auto express before and I am so happy I chose to use them again to have my car shipped from Arizona to Illinois. The customer service agent Jessie was wonderful! The entire process took less than five minutes - the driver was personable prompt and had excellent customer service skills. You will not be disappointed! This is the first time I shipped a car and didn't really know what to expect. I found the Direct Express website extremely informative. I like to reward companies that help me in that way by giving them my business but I was shipping from Illinois to Florida and the quote I got from Direct Express was $754. For that kind of money I thought it best to get another quote. I checked with another company and their quote was a couple of hundred dollars more. Also, this other company's process just felt less straightforward and transparent. I didn't do any other shopping and went with Direct Express. They picked up my car within one day of when I had it available. The driver was very flexible on pickup time and kept me informed on exactly when he would get the car. The same was true on the delivery end. Also, he was very careful loading and unloading the car and it arrived timely. As I said, I didn't do much price shopping so I'm not an authority on that, but I don't know how the service could have been any better.
