Direct Express Auto TransportReviews of autotransportdirect.com

Really loved working with this company. Car was picked up on time and delivered exactly when it was supposed to in the same condition I left it. Moved across the country and not having to worry about my cars was a great relief.

I was happy with the way my request was handled. The driver was very helpful and kept me updated on the status

I have sold vehicles in the past and used other transportation companies. This was my first experience with DirectExpressAuto. The real reason I chose them was cost biased. When I sold my 1995 Jaguar XJS Convertible to a gentleman in upstate NY, it was conditional only if transportation costs were acceptable. I looked at driving the car to NY with the cost of fuel and then air back to PHX, which was time and cost prohibitive. At $980 for full door to door service, in an enclosed trailer... this was a deal that could not have been beat. I am very glad I used their company, and will keep their contact information, should I need to use them again!

My experience was great car got to me in California from Miami in good condition service over the phone was great. My c300 arrived on time with a fair price

My first car transport from VA to CA. I really want to recommend Direct Express Auto Transport. My order number was 152344 and my main customer service representative was Ashley. Such a great and fast transport. I was surprise when I got my car in five days. It is amazing. The agent is very nice and kind. I have put some baggages in the back trunk, they didn't say anything even it may over 100 lbs. I am really satisfied with their service.

Direct Express Auto Transport is really good, provided me very fast pickup and delivery and very flexible for my date too.

The entire process was simple. I entered my information online, received a quote, and then scheduled a date. Customer service was excellent throughout the process (Jessie was my primary contact). They were timely in their communication. Great experience.

Very professional and prompt service. They took extra care to deliver my car with out any issues.
