Shipped my truck from Wa state to Mi. This was my first time shipping a car and I wasn't sure what to expect. But it was simple.and easy. I picked expedited shipping. Paid the $195 fee upfront. They picked up my truck the day after i left to ensure our flight arrived. Car arrived in same condition I left it in. Never called customer service. I dealt with the company that shipped my truck only Mv transport. Traveling with kids is costly so I was able to pack things in the truck. Once car arrived (came a few days early) I paid the final fee of $700 got a receipt and that was all too it! Honestly. It was simple and easy. I'd use this company again. 5 stars all the way!!!!!#

Kelly was very helpful on the phone and we submitted our order in under 10 minutes. I was promised a pickup schedule of 10 days. Order was placed on a Friday. Monday the car was schedule and Tuesday it was picked up. I was promised a Friday delivery and got a call on Thursday 4pm that the car was there. That was my only complaint. Wish I had been given more time to know car was early. Luckily we had the check otherwise not sure what would have happened. Car was delivered in good shape and overall I was very satisfied.

My car was shipped from AZ to FL. Firstly it took almost two weeks for the car to be assigned a shipper. The car was delivered a full week AFTER the estimated delivery date, and when it finally did arrive, the interior was a total mess. The battery was dead, and there was zero gas left in the tank! The company that shipped my car was A&Z auto transport. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!

Our car was shipped with in two days. The company kept in great communication with us! Our car was in perfect condition and the driver was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this company!

Shipping to Montana can sometimes take extra time - a lot of extra time... But Direct Express had my can scheduled in about 2 hours and delivered to me 2 days later from Iowa, great service, good price. Very happy with them.
