This company refuse to refund my money when I was approved to return them a damaged wheel. They have both the wheel and my money!

I strongly advised against dealing with this place at all cost. My personal experience with them has been extremely negative. They engaged in fraudulent business practices by refusing to refund my money and falsely accusing me of returning a damaged product. Despite returning the product in its original condition (unopened) due to THIER error in providing the WRONG ARRIVAL DATE, they claimed it was damaged. They took an unnecessarily long time to process my request and failed to provide any evidence to support their claim. The representative I spoke to was unhelpful and implying, that I should just give my money away without addressing the issue. I advised him to file a claim with UPS, as any damage to the package would have occurred during transportation to their warehouse and not by us. However, they showed no interest in considering my suggestion. Instead, they pushed me to just give them my hard earned money and accept it as it is and as if I had no other option. They showed no willingness to find a resolution and seemed to be involved in scamming transactions.They promised that the warehouse would call me, but I never received a call. I regret not reading these reviews before engaging with them. I strongly advise against dealing with these untrustworthy individuals. If they treat their clients in such a manner, one can only imagine the quality of products they sell. It is best to avoid this place at all costs. I urge everyone to steer clear of this place as it appears to be operating dishonestly! SCAMMERS! UPDATE! I was just promised that a supervisor will reach out to me for resolution. I will keep everybody updated!

I ordered a new rim for my Kia since no shops in town had it. Order was placed on the a Thursday then I read reviews over the weekend and got nervous so I emailed on Monday about why it hadn't shipped yet. Ryan told me that they were still finishing the rim and it would go out soon. I got an email that it shipped later that day and I received it on that Wednesday. 6 days total. The rim looked great and (more importantly) fit my car and got me back on the road. To be clear, it's not a luxury rim or a luxury car. That said, I feel bad for anyone who had a less than ideal experience or had to deal with returning items (seems to be where things go wrong) but I have no complaints. I will definitely be using them again, should I need to.

I placed an order on this site for a rim that said it could arrive by a certain date. After contacting customer care, it became clear that the rim would NOT arrive in time (the time advertised on their website), so I requested to cancel the order. This happened on 1/8/24. They then asked for confirmation of order cancellation, which I gave on 1/9/24. On 1/10, I received notice that the package had been sent. After receiving this notice, I sent them a few messages letting them know that I did not want the package, asking about a refund. On 1/16, I finally received a notice from them saying the package was sent because I requested to cancel after the package was "dispatched" on 1/10 which is blatantly false and captured in writing. Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to reach on the phone, and their pace of email is maximum one per business day. I am very disappointed with this company and at this point believe the only way I will receive a refund is through a credit card dispute. Would recommend avoiding this company.

I wish I could give zero stars these guys sent me my Tom’s but sent the Tim to the wrong address it’s now been ten weeks of them promising next day air redelivery and promising refund and delivery supervisors and associates always the run around and now 10 weeks from supposed delivery and they can’t just send out a new rim super sketchy

I ordered a wheel from this company. first look wheel looked like it was in great condition. bring it in to the shop to get it mounted and balanced and it has a bend in the barrel and inner rim. sent it back took about a week after it was received to get my refund. after that i gave them another chance and ordered the wheel from them again. also left a note to please package wheel for shipping better to avoid bending. i also called immediately after placing the order and spot to a rep. asked if they can write a note on the order or on the box for fragile and to put extra foam for shipping. took a week for the wheel to get here. when it comes in i open the box and found 0 foam for shipping, and there was no label on the box saying fragile or anything at all. brought the wheel to the shop regardless to check if wheel is okay. wheel is defiantly not okay and is bent just like the previous wheel. would not recommend buying from them.

First off those "whining" about poor service I feel sorry for them BUT I have ordered twice from this company(in TN) and spoke to customer service prior to my first order. The 1st order cust. svs. said will ship in 5 days, I got mine in 3 days. The second order I ordered 1 day and had a 24 hr delivery (without extra delivery charge). The OEM cost was over$425.00 and I got a wheel (rim) for $174.99 per order (order 1ea on 2 diff occasions)(and they fit perfectly). If I ever need rims again I would NOT HESITATE to order from them again. They offer best bang for the buck....J. L. McAllister from (KY).
