Auto Rim ShopReviews of autorimshop.com

Great product at great price. Customer support was extremely helpful with answers to my questions before and after purchase. Shipping was fast.

I messed up my online order for a rim and needed immediate assistance to cancel order and reorder it correctly but still get the same shipping time of at all possible. I spoke with a gentleman (Scott Coppola) who helped me right away, was able to cancel the order no problem and even emailed me the correct rim (w TPMS), so I could reorder it immediately and he could talk to warehouse to still ship same day and use a $10.00 off code. I am impressed with the customer service and ability to get a live person who was helpful and effective. Glad to do business with them.

I recently ordered a set of rims from Auto Rim Shop and couldn't be happier with the experience. When one of the rims arrived with a blemish, Scott Coppola stepped in and made it right without any hassle — he swapped it out immediately and had a new one on the way in no time. What really sets Auto Rim Shop apart is the personal touch. Scott was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Fast delivery, fast replies, and the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days. I'll absolutely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

Attempying to exchange for another without imperfections like the one I recieve. Will update once next wheel is recieved. update: Customer service reached out quickly when I asked about the replacement/return process. The link was easy to follow. The return approval process was quick and once they recieved my return they must have over nighted the replacement. It came maybe 24-48 hours after they recieve the return. This rim looked perfect. Well done. Recommend. I chose them because they had the best reviews in this industry, as far as I could find for what I needed.(a stock replacement wheel for '94 Mustang 5.0)

Received my first wheel damaged apparently mishandled during shipping. Good thing I bought the insurance at checkout. I highly recommend it! Placed a call to customer support at the rim shop and sent Scott Coppola the pictures. He was great to work with from start to finish. Handled the insurance claim, sent another wheel out immediately and a return shipping label all in the same day I contacted him. Received my wheel 3 days later and in great condition. Thanks Scott

Scott was terrific in assisting me to get the right rim. Job well done.

One of the rims on my car developed a hairline crack and slowly leaked air. The Auto Rim Shop had a suitable replacement. After some delay caused by UPS, the rim arrived and it was the correct item and matches the other rims on the car. I have to give kudos to Scott Coppola of ARS for getting the UPS mess straightened out and my order back on track.

Fast processing times, product as expected, great customer service! Ran into an issue with the delivery and at no fault of Auto Rim Shop….UPS mistakenly delivered my package to the complete wrong address in the next town over. Scott with Auto Rim Shop was extremely helpful in filing a claim immediately so that UPS would start their investigation to recover my package and within 24 hours my mini crisis was solved! Thank you Scott and thank you Auto Rim Shop!
