I ordered a set of 3 wheels for my Tesla and the color was off (more grey than the oem) and did not matchthe one OEM wheel I was keeping on the car. I explained the situation to Scott and that started a process of getting them returned. The whole device I worked with team gets a 10/10 for customer service. Once someone was on the phone, they worked with me diligently to get those wheels returned and they refunded me the order. Would buy again

I was worried having read all the bad reviews after I ordered a new rim. However, my order was delivered on time and it was the rim that I ordered. Maybe I was just lucky, or maybe they are getting better, all I know is that they did deliver as promised.

Reading prior reviews I was nervous. However: 1)wheel arrived 2 days earlier then quoted 2)wheel was the serial # I ordered (I did my own homework to ensure wheel was correct for my car) Finish looks good but reserving 5 stars to see the durability of the finish
