Multiple errors in order, and refund still not issued WEEKS later after multiple communications. Customer service and finance don't seem to know what is going on between each other. Will NEVER order from them again. Amazon is better, safer. Makes lots of promises, does not deliver. Still waiting for my refund. Will let you know if I get it back.

They listed parts will not fix your car and just sell it to you. No one will return your phone calls and always got hanged up if you try to call them. If you try click the return button, good luck. I did it 3 times and no one cares about it. I am lucky that it just a $20 parts instead of something more expensive. But I will never buy any parts from them.

Never would i recommend ordering from here. I placed an order for brake pads and rotors for a 2013 hyundai Tucson front wheel drive and they sent me rotors for the all wheel drive because they were out of stock. The AWD rotors are slightly to big for the FWD so I had to send them back. It cost almost $80 to ship the part back for their screw up and they refused to reimburse shipping costs. So if they are out of stock buy want to sell you something anyway, they send the wrong part and expect you to pay for it. Found a cheaper place with great customer service. Never would i recommend these guys.

Should have read experiences on this site before ordering. Part was decently price and arrived very quick, but did not match my vehicle. Spent a whole month dealing with customer service before I got a refund, and had to pay return shipping. Avoid unless you are 100% sure you have selected the correct part for your vehicle.

I ordered brake pads and rotors for my car. Ordering was fine, they came very quickly as well, on second day. Front pads and rotors were perfect, rear pads were correct as well, but rear rotors were incorrect. I also purchased insurance for my order. Dealing with customer service was terrible. They did accept the return, but I had to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee. Rotors were10kg together so it was pricey, and after the restocking fee I barely got 50% of my money back. I would order from somewhere with descent return policy.

I ordered an OEM part (1 of 2 choices) and received an email the next day it was shipped. The next day I received an email stating it was "suddenly" out of stock. They gave me a choice of a refund or I could order the alternate part. I emailed back the same day asking for the alternate part. 1 week went by so I contacted them again asking about my order and confirming my choice. They stated the other part was on its way. Next day I received an email stating that this part as well was "suddenly" out of stock and they never received my initial email so over the week it went out of stock. Their website still showed both parts and did not mention anywhere, out of stock. As well, Amazon showed the same part "in stock" provide by them so how is that possible. 10 days later I get an email confirming a refund because I returned the part. Its pretty hard to return a part that you have never received. In the end there was no explanation or apology and I still do not know what "suddenly" means in this case

Very easy to order this guys. The website is designed in such a way that you select your vehicle basics to see the available parts. If the parts require further vehicle details, the options are listed on the part details page. My VW requires a specific engine designation for specific parts so I just checked the part details and selected the right parts. Everything arrived in 2 days. One of the parts had a core deposit and that was easy to return and have it refunded. 3 orders so far and all good every time.

Ordering process was fine. Shipment arrived about 2 weeks from ordering. Packaging of products were inadequate (large box, no protection) Delivered parts were damaged as a result of poor packaging. Photos of packaging emailed. ***Very slow/delayed responses from customer service. Roughly one response per day. 8+ days for simple resolution*** Told to return parts at no cost and new shipment will be delivered as soon as UPS obtains return. Informed replacement parts are no not in stock, though it says 2+ in stock on their website. Received full refund after sending back.
