They shipped my order on time but it was missing a part . Customers service is no good , they take 48 hours to answer emails without a solution to my problem . If you try by phone don,t bother they never answer the phone . " They even double charged my card for the order , now I have to dispute the charge with Mastercard

I ordered a Holly Carburetor from them that I left in the box in my garage until about 2 weeks ago when I sent it to a carburetor shop to have it jetted properly for my motor that was about to come back to the engine builders. The shop found that the accelerator pump has a screw inside of it and the inside of the carburetor was filthy as if it was used. I had to pay an extra $120 out of my pocket to get the item fixed. Autoparts way refused a return citing a 15 day return policy. I filed a dispute with my credit car company for $120 only after getting the runaround from their customer service. I have asked their customer service numerous times for their physical mailing address so I may send them a small claims lawsuit if my dispute is denied. They REFUSE to provide me with an address and keep giving me the runaround. I highly recommend NOT using Autoparts.com as they have fraudulently sold me used parts advertised as "new". Their customer service horrible,horrible,horrible...They lie and give you the runaround..

Hello Peter. I will gladly make any adjustment to your order, however you have not provided an order number or any kind of way for me to locate your account in our system. I assure you that if you forgot to use any coupon, the order will always be adjusted with the discount as long as it was placed within the promotion period. As for our prices, we have not changed them at all. We always sold every single part at exactly 7% above our cost and we continue to do so. We deal in volume therefore our small margin is made up in the amount of orders we process. You suggested that we lost 3% on the order, we actually take much larger hit than that when we do special promotions. We also give you free or discounted shipping, we pay about 2% credit card fees. Overall whenever we send out a coupon we provide a benefit to our customers and thank them for their loyalty while we absorb the costs. It is specifically designed that way and we encourage all past customers that receive an promo email from us to take advantage of it, as a deal like that is very hard to match or find anywhere else. The parts arrived within the time indicated and the boxes were not damaged, even though they were heavy. The order was complete and all parts were the brand names ordered. Excellent so far. When I checked my credit card statement however, I noticed I had been billed twice for the order. I have disputed this with the credit card company, so it should be resolved in my favour but I can't figure out what is going on. This is my 3rd APway order and the 2nd time they have done this. WTF.

Ordered a bunch of parts for my VW Jetta. Everything arrived as ordered and neatly packaged. Very impressed with the assistance I received from the sales people in identiifying certain parts will be using this firm for all future orders as I saved a lot of money by using AutopartsWAY. Can't beat free delivery. One suggestion for the company, if you can get pictures of all the parts on your web page instead of generic photos that don't always show what the actual part looks like then that would be great.

There was a huge selection of parts for my older car (1987 vw golf) and the delivery was very fast. I received everything within a week of purchase in good condition. Their selection was way better than NAPA and price was much better! The pricing was very fair and I will definitely order from them again.
