Ordered part, they gave me an invalid tracking number. RED FLAG. Don't know if he even shipped the item. Should have read the bad reviews, before ordering. Buy your parts from a reputable seller. Stay clear of this place. Update: Got no response to my emails, terrible customer service. Go elsewhere for parts. Found out this company has address on west coast,in Canada, closed NY business, but has an office only address there. Operates from who knows where. This seller has many online complaints, stay away, shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 wheel cylinders from Autopartsway. The parts were $29.98 plus 99cents plus $19.99 shipping plus $6.62 tax. Totalling $57.58. I emailed them showing they sent the wrong parts. I was refunded $29.98 only. I emailed them again pointing out that I also paid shipped and tax. They refunded $3.89 for tax on the wrong parts only. The shipping and tax was not refunded even though they sent the wrong parts. For the sake of the $22.72 shipping and tax, they would obviously prefer to lose hundreds of dollars in repeat business. I buy auto parts online amounting to up to $1000 yearly. They can keep the $22.72. My money will go to a more honourable parts supplier in the future.

I am a customer that mostly do all of my shopping online for my parts home supplies a lot of things but I order a part from autopartway and guess what I got it in time but just so happened my mechanic told me the wrong part going by their guideline i did what I was supposed to do they say that you have 15 days for returns but they make you wait 72 hours before they even respond to you. Well my 72 hours has passed and I still haven't heard anything from them matter fact I got the package Monday and here it is Saturday and I still haven't heard anything back from anyone. I just can't send the package back because they say you have to have a return sheet which I can't get until they contact me so maybe they'll read this and that I understand what this customer is going through and maybe I'll get a response

I called in and gave them the vin number for my car to order 2 parts. Both parts took forever and they were wrong. I'm in the military so I couldn't wait for a reshipment so I asked for a refund. I got charged a 20% restocking fee for them sending the wrong part even though I provided all the information. Do not order from this company and they take a month for a refund nor do they answer emails in a timely manner. It normally takes a week to get an email then they had no idea where the part was at in the same box.

Bought a cargo box for my vehicle. Was due to arrive on the 21st November was told through Amazon it was late. Tried contacting the company a couple of times leaving messages without a response. Get a feeling there is really no connection or compassion for their customers by the company. Hence, the reason for the negative review.

My experience is real and recent A lot of the positive 4 & 5 stars reviews for AutoPartsWay on some sites seem to be fake, they just look/read like "canned" responses from some boiler room paid comments shop in India -- just sayin' My experience Ordered a part for the 1st time from them (and last time). It was a small order for $66. I paid an EXTRA $20 for faster shipping (versus the free shipping they offered). 1. Thursday Oct 26th (late) order placed online -- ideally it should have been ready for courier pickup by late Friday 2. Sunday Oct 29th around noon courier pickup request order was filled ( according to an email I got) 3. Monday Oct 30th 3:00pm the item is still waiting for Purolator pickup and the Purolator tracking was unavailable as the item wasn't even with the courier yet. 4. Contacted "Melanie" at online chat on web site, gave details and was told "one moment while I check" ... 45 minutes later ... NOTHING, still ZERO response from chat. Multiple attempts, no response, guess they were hoping I would leave. The company must be too big to care about customer service. Using Amazon.ca next time or Parts Source

Found this site to be the best by far in ordering parts and accessories for my car, I ordered my parts and received it the next day. I was expecting it will arrive next week. Great service. Will recommend this to my friends and family...

please save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere messed up multiple items on last order and previously messed up 2 separate orders costing me over 150 dollars or useless parts.. their customer service is horrible. its been a month and still no resolution to this last order wrong parts they are ignoring me completely and not willing to work with paypal resolution either
