Cancelled ordered after 3 days without giving a reason or even a notification. The only way I knew it was cancelled was PayPal notified me of a refund.

I was shipped the wrong part-their fault, not mine. Called a couple of times for a return label and left a message each time to call me back because no one answers the phone (they don't return your call either). Finally got a return label and they received the package back on 02/11. 2 calls later {again no return calls) I finally got a hold of someone on 02/26 and was assured I would see the refund by 3/1. 3/26 opened a dispute on my credit card because still no refund. Any positive review must have gotten paid because this company is horrible. Their customer service doesn't care and is not very polite. I guess it comes with the job when you work for a company that screws its customers and all you deal with are so many unhappy customers.

Had my order confirmed for shipping Feb 7th. I was later sent an email indicating that my parcel couldn't be delivered to a PO Box, which was fine. I responded to the email with an alternative address......9 f...ing times! I was later received a phone message to call regarding my order, which I did. I was left on hold for half an hour and later disconnected due to the call was going to exceed their operational hours. It's now March 1st, and I still have not received my package, ANYONE who is considering using this vendor should stay away... far far away!

I ordered a steering box from this seller through Amazon on 1/8/19 and haven't received it. They offered a 15% discount (which I haven't received) They offered free shipping (which I haven't received) They claim to have resent the item (which I haven't received). The only thing I have gotten from them is EXCUSES. Their website has no address or location listed. I think this is a "Fake company" scamming people out of their money.

Same thing. I've been waiting 2 weeks to return an alternator core. They refuse to answer me. Thought I was getting a great deal But without the core refund I might as well have went to the dealer and payed there overinflated price for brand new

They have agreed to address my concerns. That turned out to be a lie. How is this company still in business? 8 days ago I sent an email to ask details about core returns. No response after numerous attempts to contact them. Informed CS that I would cancel and return my order if they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me. Sent a return form to the company. 6 days of unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls and being disconnected from chat once they realize that I didn't want to make a purchase but that I had a complaint. On the 7th day I was contacted after threatening to go on social media. Here it is the 8th day and 30+ emails promising to refund my money but my bank account is still empty. Their strategy is to stall and delay until the customer gets so fed up that they finally just walk away from the whole mess. You can see that in some of the other reviews. I used Rockauto a few time but I got greedy and tried to save a couple of bucks and here I am. Big mistake on my part. They may accuse me of affiliation with Rock auto or of writing a a fake review. Not the case. I am just a frustrated and extremely angry ex-customer who doesn't appreciate being scammed. To add insult to injury they sent me an invalid discount coupon. Too much. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else than autopartsway.ca

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. I placed an order headlight lenses for my BMW. I decided to order from these guys because I needed them in hurry. It was supposed to get my order within 2 days, instead it took a week. When it arrived one of the covers was correct, the other was for a completely different car. it was not the same part that I ordered online. I sent them an email explaining this. They replied back by asking for a vin number. After which I did not hear back from them. Ive sent a couple emails since. Its been over a week now. To anyone reading this please. please avoid this company. They look professional but I can assure you youll be unhappy with the service and parts you receive. They have hundreds of negative reviews on multiple different websites. I wish I had done my research in advance

Returns are terrible! Thankfully their customer service for taking information is good, but hope you never have a core or product return. Used to be the only game in town. Now thewrenchmonkey.ca or partsavatar.ca have better prices and service. Goodbye autopartsway.ca you’ve been like a bad relationship.
