Based on my experience the customer support team and the team in general are extremely responsive and helpful. I've got both the desk and m6 ultra 2.0+ chair and everything has been perfect. From the delivery to the assembly everything went smooth. Detailed instructions come with both and everything needed was provided in the package. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly, I was very worried to begin with due to the comments on trustpilot but they really pulled through with me! I received a faulty lumbar support so i contacted their support team. After less than an hours communication they proceeded to send me a new backrest with a working lumbar support. It arrived within a couple of days, brilliant! Thank you, Roxie!

Great item! Easy to assemble. Very comfortable.

The chair developed a defect within the warranty period, and what should have been a straightforward repair or refund turned into a week-long buffoonery. It started with an offer of just 10% compensation and a 70-day wait. When I pushed back, they offered to send me a second-hand chair so I could replace the part myself. After more back-and-forth, the offer slowly crept up: 15%, then 50%, then 70%, and finally settled at €500 (about 83% of the purchase price) but only after persistent follow-up on my end. Every step of this process felt like it was designed to wear the customer down through delay and incremental, inadequate offers, rather than resolving a legitimate warranty issue properly the first time from the beginning. If you're considering AutoFull, know that a warranty claim will take persistence to resolve fairly. they try their absolute best to piss you off with the worst offers, hoping you are uninformed on the EU customer law. This is the absolute worst company i have ever dealt with. The chinese chair wasn't worth 600 euro's, so what is worth this amount money you may ask? Well... Certainly not the customer service. Do not buy from this company.

I have only heard good about the chair, hopefully its worth it.

The chair is okay. the materials are okay but could be better. The arm rests are very unconfortable, as same as my 90 euro office chair. I need to use extra covers to make them sweet proof and a bit more confortable. The neckrest that should be adjustable up/down and in deapth is not lockble in depth. This means that as fast as I rest my neck on it, it folds back. Seems that Autofull fixed the M6 Ultra model and now is selling the old broken models at an expensive price. They called the new model M6 Ultra+ but when you receive the chair you just receive the older model and not the upgraded one. In myy invoice and order confirmation is showing the + model but when I receive it it's not at all. I am considering returning the chair back.
