My experience with Autofull has been quite poor. I’ve had the chair for a few days now, but I’ve noticed that some things are either not right or poorly made. For example, the buttons for massage, air, and heat are located on the seat itself. This means you’re constantly sitting on them, and if you’re wearing thin pants, it becomes very uncomfortable. I’ve also experienced back pain after a while, although this could be due to my sitting position. The customer service is also very bad — it took them several days to respond the first time, and now I’ve been waiting four more days without any reply. For the price, I personally don’t think it’s worth it, and on top of that, they have a poor refund policy.

Decided on the AutoFill M6 Ultra over secret lab. Good choice. Took me an hour to put together and I am very impressed. Gaming just got a lot more comfy for me. The cool air is nice as is the heat function and the massage is better than expected. So many ways for adjustment makes this chair a winner for me. And got it on a flash sale for 500 dollrs, no tax and 2 day fed ex shipping. This ones hard to beat!

I’ve had their chair for 3 years now and it’s really worth the price. The chair still looks great and functions like new. The leather seat started cracking which is usual for me due to work and daily use. Love their warranty as I was able to get a new replacement chair (didn’t have my old model anymore) with next-day delivery - so efficient, hassle-free and smooth process. 10/10 customer service!!!

The chair feels really high quality. I have only been sitting in it for one 12 hour shift and it's already leagues better than any other gaming chair i have used. 10/10 I am already recommending it to my friends.

Just making this post to raise some awareness and warn people against this brand. I bought an AutoFull Chair back in February. Unfortunately, very shortly after, the arm rests broke, they literally melted off the hinges. I contacted the company about getting replacements, they said they would send me in 60 days. 60 Days have passed and now just getting radio silence. I contacted my bank and realised all the company did was wait until I could no longer dispute this with the merchant. I basically got scammed out of 600 Euros for a chair with no arms. Just making this post so other people don't fall for it.

Funktionalität & Alltagstauglichkeit: Die Verstellmöglichkeiten sind durchdacht, die Mechanik fühlt sich stabil an, und man hat das Gefühl, dass der Stuhl auch auf langfristige Nutzung ausgelegt ist. Die Kombination aus Komfort, Funktion und Design sorgt dafür, dass man ihn sowohl zum Zocken als auch zum Arbeiten gerne nutzt. Design: Das Design ist klar an Gamer gerichtet – sportlich, dynamisch und optisch auffällig, dabei aber hochwertig und stimmig umgesetzt. Für Gaming-Setups ein echter Blickfang! Genauso ist es aber auch für ein Home Office Setup geeignet. Der Stuhl sieht meiner Meinung nach auch recht elegant aus. Kundenservice – großes Lob: Ursprünglich wurde mir versehentlich ein falsches Modell geliefert. Dank des freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Supports wurde das Problem aber schnell und unkompliziert gelöst, und ich habe im Anschluss den korrekten AutoFull M6 Ultra erhalten. So wünscht man sich Kundenservice – schnell, hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert! Fazit: Der AutoFull M6 Ultra ist ein hochwertiger, ergonomischer und sehr bequemer Gaming-Stuhl, der sowohl optisch als auch funktional überzeugt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Support, der bei Problemen schnell hilft. Wer viel Zeit am Schreibtisch verbringt und Wert auf Qualität und Komfort legt, macht mit diesem Modell definitiv nichts falsch. Klare Empfehlung!
