Got an M6 Ultra, unfortunately is the only one with a rocking mechanism. The chair is really nice. Good build quality. Not sure how it will handle itself over time but I guess I will find out. Communication with support - had some questions about the product - was good and fairly fast (they are based in China so don't expect them to answer right away). Shipping was pretty fast, I practically received it the next day, they have a warehouse in Cali. It is quite comfortable. It's still a gaming chair so although it's quite comfortable is more on the firm side, don't expect a plush office chair - wish I would have known that before hand - that's more of a problem with my expectations rather than the chair.

I received an ergonomic chair in July, but it had a defect. The company promptly resolved the issue by sending me another chair. Excellent customer service. Thank you, by Elena Amazon ( Italy)

This is the worst company ive Experienced the first g5 chatr that arrived at my house was brutal scratchd Then when i bought a g7 chair it was so uncomftareble that my legs where hurting it felt like i was going to lose them. Then they have also the worst customer service ive experienced

le fauteuil M6 Basic Gaming Chair est un fauteuil de qualité , solide et confortable doté d'un bon réglage lombaire pour un prix correct .

Terrible experience with this company. I received a defective ergonomic chair — the lumbar support mechanism doesn’t work. At first, they seemed willing to help when I asked for support, but then they disappeared, and now I’m stuck with a broken chair. I strongly advise against buying from them. I spent a lot of money for nothing.

Great chair I have a bad back and is legit great.

Few days ago I purchased one of the chairs. And need to admit that they are really solid build and good made. Unfortunately I got some issues with my one when arrives but outstanding customer service sort that issue out quick and efficiently. Easy contact and great solution of problem. Really recommended for everyone who think about purchase.

The customer service team was very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with my chair legs, and they quickly sent me the correct ones. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was able to fix my chair easily. I really appreciate the fast and professional support!
