After a solid month with the M6 chair, I'm thoroughly impressed. The assembly was straightforward, the ventilation function is great, and the adjustable lumbar support is perfect for long sessions. I had a question about the armrests, and the customer service team was fantastic. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful which made the whole experience even better. Five stars—highly recommend this chair

This chair is really solid. I got the AutoFull gaming chair about a month ago for working from home and some evening gaming. The first thing I noticed was how heavy and stable it is – the materials feel thick and durable, not cheap at all. The adjustable lumbar support actually works, which is a big plus for my back. The armrests move in all directions, which is handy. It was pretty easy to put together, took me maybe 20 minutes. For the price, I'm impressed. It's comfortable for long sessions and feels like it will last. No complaints so far.

Never heard from manufacturer until a week after my chair arrived. They tried telling me it was on the way, but I had already ready received it and requested a return RMA. They have offered my 2 small money refunds, but I said no and just wanted to return the chair because I don't find it comfortable. Now they are just ignoring me.

Stuhl am 19.12.2025 bestellt und es kamm danach nichts. Keine Versandbestätigung oder sonst was. Als ich nachgefragt habe, wann der Stuhl versendet wird, hiess es, dass er erst Mitte Januar versendet wird. Sowas ich echt sehr ärgerlich, da auf der Website innerhalb von 7 Tagen kommuniziert wird. Ich habe den Stuhl dann storniert und habe das Geld nach 4 Tagen zurück erhalten. Aufgrund dessen würde ich abraten, hier zu bestellen.

Ich habe den AutoFull M6 Ultra 2.0 (EU) am 14.12.2025 bestellt. Auf der Website wurde eine Lieferung innerhalb weniger Tage suggeriert. Tatsächlich ist bis heute keine Lieferung erfolgt. Seit der Bestellung wurde ich mehrfach mit widersprüchlichen Aussagen vertröstet: zuerst hieß es Versand innerhalb weniger Tage dann konkret 29. oder 30. Dezember parallel dazu bekam ich per E-Mail erneut die Aussage, das Produkt sei erst Anfang Januar verfügbar Das ist keine transparente Kommunikation, sondern Chaos. Besonders problematisch: Ein Produkt wird verkauft, obwohl es offenbar nicht verfügbar ist, und der Kunde erfährt das erst nach Zahlung. Als „Entschädigung“ wurden mir 30 USD angeboten, um mehrere Wochen zusätzliche Wartezeit zu akzeptieren – bei einem Kaufpreis von rund 550 €. Das empfinde ich als nicht angemessen. Ich möchte den Stuhl weiterhin erhalten, aber: klare, verbindliche Versanddaten keine widersprüchlichen Aussagen und eine angemessene Entschädigung bei massiven Verzögerungen Verbesserungsvorschläge: Produkte nur verkaufen, wenn sie tatsächlich lieferbar sind einheitliche Kommunikation über alle Kanäle realistische Lieferzeiten statt Marketingversprechen Das Produkt selbst mag gut sein – der Kundenservice und die Kommunikation schaden der Marke massiv.

I ordered a chair with home delivery to Ireland, which I paid for in full. I did not agree to collection in Germany. After more than four weeks, the chair has still not been shipped. I was then informed that the item is supposedly located in Germany, which directly contradicts the delivery service sold to me at checkout. Customer service has been largely unresponsive. When I requested a refund due to non-delivery, I was told that a refund would only be issued after the item is delivered back to their warehouse, despite the fact that the item was never delivered to me in the first place. This is unacceptable and contrary to EU consumer rights, which allow cancellation and refund when a seller fails to deliver as agreed. I would strongly caution others before ordering

Bought chair 4 December. Still not got my chair. Still waiting 😡

I bought the chair on their website, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered it on December 7th, and they never got back to me despite me contacting customer service. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so I filed a dispute on December 12th. The company responded on December 19th, providing a tracking number, which was obviously fake since there was no information on their website and I hadn’t received any communication from them. I sent all the evidence of their false claim to PayPal, and the case was resolved in my favor within 30 minutes. I could have bought it on Amazon for a lower price, but I don't want to give money to such an unreliable company, and if I have any issues with the chair in the future, I'm sure the customer support will be nonexistent. Don’t waste your money.
