Luba was extremely helpful throughout the entire car auction process. She was professional, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions clearly and quickly. She made everything much easier and helped guide me step by step with the paperwork, bidding, and payment process. Very nice person to work with and truly cares about helping customers. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her.

Uważajcie na tą firmę ,ostrzegam wszystkich kto chce kupić pojazd . Same problemy dopłaty mimo zapłacenia faktur . Źle wyliczył im kalkulator ale ja musiałem płacić .

I have had no issues at all with using auto bid master everytime I call or need help they get what I need done right there on the phone with me and that makes me very happy I will continue and do business with them in the future

Great experience! The website is clear and easy to use. My car was shipped within 2 days after I won it. The final bid was $768, but I ended up paying $2,253 including shipping. I don’t have much to say about the price increase, maybe that’s just how things work in America. Taxes everywhere! Glad I’m not American 😄 Thanks for reading, guys.

In November of 2024 I purchased a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter Cargo van. I flew out to Atlanta GA to begin the process of inspection and ownership. My reason to purchase this hinged on the overall condition and seemingly low miles. As it turns out while the seller listed actual mileage at 139677 after over a year of this vehicle being unavailable to operate I discovered that my Diagnostic Scanner lists the actual mileage today at 224177 miles which is a substantial difference. Although the odometer reads 144256 miles it's quite apparent that seeing the actual miles listed via the icarsoft mb 3.0 Diagnostic Scanner Reader 224177 miles had I known this actual information would have ended my interest in purchasing this. And I hold responsible Autobidmaster for its negligence in actually reporting of this as actual mileage. When all they had to do to find the true mileage is scan the detailed information with a diagnostic scanner. This vehicle has been inoperable since I purchased this from autobidmaster in 2024 and have had several technicians attempt to repair this only to fail to find the problem to repair this vehicle. Leaving me with a waisted 8000.00 purchase

I want to thank Luba Tarshikov for helping me going through documentation. Swift reply and great experience
