Fees charges are too high
Response from AutoBidMasterOct 21, 2026
We hear you, and we want buyers to know exactly what they're paying for. Many of the fees come from the auction itself, and the Final Price Calculator on our site breaks down every line before you place a bid. If you'd like to go through a specific purchase, our team is happy to walk you through it.

I have bought 25 vehicles with Autobidmaster and the site has worked well and the customer support has been helpful and quick to respond, the new AI bot that pops up is annoying but is not be a deal breaker.

Twenty-five vehicles is a serious milestone, and we appreciate you sticking with us through all of them. We're happy the support team has been quick and helpful for you. Your note on the chat assistant is fair, and we'll pass it along to the team working on it.

Please make easy rules
Response from AutoBidMasterSep 28, 2026
Thanks for the feedback. Many of the rules buyers run into, such as payment deadlines, storage timelines, and pickup requirements, are set by the auction rather than by AutoBidMaster, so they can feel strict at first. Our Help Center breaks the process down step by step in plain language, and our team is always happy to walk you through anything that's unclear.

Overall pretty decent, but asked questions were somewhat vague. Getting a straight answer, was not happening. They were too much coverung their "@$$es" which I understand to "some" degree. A little more transparency would be nice.

Thank you for the feedback, and for your continued business with AutoBidMaster. We appreciate you sharing your experience – it helps us understand where things can feel less clear from the buyer's side. Thanks for sticking with us.

Bought paid for in full and waited two days for them to say the sale occurred in error and just canceled the sale %%%They reached out to the seller and made it right, although it cost 2k more they made the deal happen….
Response from AutoBidMasterSep 11, 2026
Thank you for sharing this. We understand it was frustrating to have a sale initially canceled after payment, and we're glad our team was able to work with the seller to get the deal reinstated. We appreciate your patience while that got sorted out.
