Don't ever deal with this company! I bought a 2012 Kia optima hybrid from Copart through auto bid master. I Bought a vehicle history report on their website and it cleared the car from any mechanical problems. They listed the car with no problems except dents and scratches on their website and no mention whatsoever of any mechanical problems. I received the car with a dead engine, stolen batteries, and a fake key. The mechanic told me that Kia do not carry this engine anymore, and if it does it would cost more than $15000. I received it showing that it has no key written on the driver's window with a marker. Mind you, they did not show an image of the driver's window with the car images they listed on their website. And in the description, they said the car has a key while in fact, it did not. They programmed a fake key for this car and sent it along with the car. And now I am stuck with a locked car on my driveway because the key's programming is not working anymore. I can't believe that I was hit hard by a scam like this in my own country.

I've just been charged a $900 relist fee on a $1200 vehicle I couldn't by because they added so many fees after the auction. The total came to more than twice the cars price. I was given 3 days to wire the money over a weekend when banks are closed (they only except wire transfers, zelle, which has a money limit, and MoneyGram, also with a limit) Then after I asked them a few times to cancel the sale, I get emailed a $50 storage fee.The auction is misleading when it tells you what the total cost will be. I should have been suspicious when I noticed so many cars that were "sold at auction" kept ending up back for sale again. I would love to see what percentage of their profit comes from small-print fees and bogus charges. Honestly, I should have gone to CoPart directly (its where the cars are from anyway) and either by a clear titled vehicle, or pick from a reputable broker they have listed. Avoid this broker like COVID.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE SERVICE. I signed up with this auto broker to buy a car at an auction. Instead of representing and advocating for me, they only look to help themselves. English is their 3rd language and clearly they have no respect for women. They don't answer questions or explain the bizarre paperwork they send out. In order to get anything done you have to speak to management, who are harassed they have to take the time to do the job their employee failed too. The terms and conditions, when you sign up, says you essentially give up all consumer rights. Which they take seriously each time they referred me back to them after I requested they provide the title for the car I paid them for. Apparently those terms and conditions state AutoBidMaster doesn't have to provide the title after the car has been paid for. Buyer BEWARE.
