Pick up process very quick and efficient, storage at departure port equally quick and efficient but when it comes to shipping it takes weeks for the vehicles to be shipped if they improve this time process of shipping they will get 10 stars.
Response from AutoBidMasterJul 7, 2026
Thank you for the detailed feedback - glad to hear the pickup and port storage steps were quick and efficient for you. Ocean shipping timelines can vary depending on vessel schedules and booking availability, and we understand the wait on this shipment felt long. We're always working to tighten up that leg of the process, and our team can walk through the specifics of your shipment if you'd like to follow up directly with support.

Although various fees add up to quite a large amount, my experience was great; there was a learning curve for me as well to figure out how it all works. Definitely look at the estimator under the initial bid button to see auction fees and note shipping as well beforehand!
Response from AutoBidMasterJul 7, 2026
Thank you for this feedback and for the tip you're leaving other buyers! You're right that auction and shipping fees add up alongside the winning bid, and we know there's a learning curve when navigating this for the first time. We're glad the fee estimator under the initial bid button helped you understand the full cost before committing. Thanks for the great overall experience, and welcome back anytime.
