The time it took for the vehicle to be picked up was excessive, which resulted in daily additional charges.
In other purchases I’ve made, the time between placing an order and picking it up has been 2–3 days. In this case, it was 8–9 days.
Response from AutoBidMasterOct 23, 2026
We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than usual, especially with daily charges adding up. Carrier availability changes from order to order, and our team worked to get this pickup arranged as quickly as possible. Thanks for the comparison with your earlier purchases. We've shared it with our shipping team.

Rip Off
Rip Off, they added the shipping without my consent, on top of that highest shipping cost in the market, I already had Navi Transport lined up for $130 cheaper and on top of that, their Processing fee were rediculous, get your own transport if you see they add the shipping, you will need to call them to remove it and save some money.

Thank you for sharing this. Shipping through AutoBidMaster is an optional service, and it's listed as its own line in the price breakdown, so buyers are always free to arrange their own transport. Our shipping rates cover the coordination of the whole process from auction pickup to delivery, and they can differ from individual carrier quotes. Most of the other fees on a purchase are set by the auction, and our Final Price Calculator shows the full cost before you bid. We've also tried to reach you by phone, SMS, and email to go over your order, and we'd welcome the chance to look at it with you.

This is the worst place that I had…
This is the worst place that I had dealings with they tell you one thing …then cover up there lies. Don t buy from them!!!
Response from AutoBidMasterSep 28, 2026
Thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry the outcome was disappointing. We take a comment like "they tell you one thing" seriously, so we want to clarify how vehicle listings work.
AutoBidMaster provides buyers with access to purchase vehicles listed through Copart without requiring their own dealer license. Our role is transactional: we facilitate the bidding and purchase process on the member's behalf. AutoBidMaster does not own, inspect, advertise, or independently verify the vehicles – vehicle condition details and photos are provided by the auction, not created by us, and terms such as "Enhanced" and "Run & Drive" have specific, limited meanings within the Copart auction process.
We encourage buyers to review the full listing carefully and, whenever possible, arrange an independent inspection before bidding.
Our team also worked with you after the purchase to help address your concerns, including assisting with relisting the vehicle through the auction. While we understand the outcome was not what you expected, we made every effort to support you within the auction process.
Bought a 2006 gmc Sierra with a listed mileage of 71601. Bought and paid over 9100$. Ran a clearvin report before and it said it had 71601 no service history so I felt confident in it. Please don't rely on their in-house clear Vin reports those are not legit. Run a carfax. The carfax came up with a mileage inconsistency. Service history records indicate its true mileage is over 478,000. Beware of odometer fraud and title washing schemes with copart auctions. Don't expect a refund from autobid master even if a material misrepresentation is discovered. They will dismiss every attempt with their vague "as is" disclaimer or "you should have done more research, all info posted is for convenience only". Beware of scams make sure the vehicle is 100 percent inspected before purchase. I have filed complaints with ftc bbb Oregon doj hopefully they will hold autobidmaster and copart accountable for all the people who have been SCAMMED but I doubt it. WARNING FRAUD CLAIMS WILL BE DISMISSED AND COVER UP WITH THEIR VAGUE "AS IS" TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The vehicle I purchased was stated as…
The vehicle I purchased was stated as run and drive, normal wear and the engine and transmission We’re running/working. After delivery it took one minute to determine that the transmission was blown. Thanks.
Response from AutoBidMasterSep 1, 2026
Dear Kevin, thank you for sharing this, and we're sorry to hear about the transmission issue you found after delivery. As an online auto auction marketplace, AutoBidMaster is not physically present at the auction facility and does not inspect vehicles or guarantee their condition. On the "Run and Drive" designation – this is assigned by Copart when a vehicle arrives at their lot, and it reflects that the engine started and the vehicle moved at that time only. It's based on a visual check and basic movement test, not a full mechanical inspection, so it's a limited indicator rather than a guarantee of ongoing condition. Condition reports and listing details come from the auction and seller, and vehicles are sold as-is, which is why we always recommend an independent inspection before bidding when possible.
We understand this has been a frustrating situation, and our team remains available to go over the options for moving forward.

Muy mala en la página decía que el camión no tenía daños mecánicos sin embargo el camión el motor no funciona no pusieron todos los detalles que tenía mintieron sobre eso
Response from AutoBidMasterSep 11, 2026
Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear about the mechanical issue you found. As our team explained when you reached out, this vehicle wasn't listed as driveable, and primary damage reflects what was known or reported to the auction at the time of listing – there may be additional damage not visible at that point. More broadly, AutoBidMaster doesn't own, inspect, or take possession of vehicles listed for auction – condition information, photos, and listing details come from the seller and the auction, not from AutoBidMaster, and vehicles are sold as-is, which is why we always recommend an independent inspection before bidding.

Placed a bid on a high-mileage 2022…
Placed a bid on a high-mileage 2022 Chevy Colorado that was repossessed per Clear VIN report. The description was an enhanced vehicle. There was a video of the engine running, suggesting that it was operational. When the vehicle arrived, there was a major oil leak. A part of the engine cover was on the driver's seat and when my mechanic inspected the vehicle he found the vaccum pump for the brakes was missing! Someone at Copart, AutoBidMaster's collaborator, must have stolen this for parts. Very misleading. I was then reprimanded for non inspecting the vehicle for placing a bid (despite there being a video demonstrating that the engine was running). As mediation they offered to relist the vehicle for auction (with consignment). What a racket! An opportunity for them to make up more money with auction fees. Find a real car dealer to get you a car from an auction. These folks are dishonest, bordering on fraudulent sales.
Response from AutoBidMasterJul 20, 2026
Thank you for sharing the details of your experience. We're sorry to hear the vehicle didn't match your expectations after arrival. For context, an "Enhanced Vehicle" label on Copart listings means the seller authorized light cosmetic or presentation work – such as washing the exterior or vacuuming the interior – to improve how the vehicle presents for sale. It doesn't indicate that mechanical repairs were made or guarantee the condition of any component. AutoBidMaster doesn't own, inspect, or take possession of vehicles listed for auction – these are salvage vehicles sold as-is by the auction, which is why we always recommend an independent inspection before bidding, especially when condition is a concern. Relisting the vehicle for auction with consignment was offered as one possible path forward for buyers who no longer want a vehicle they've won. This is a service available to all customers and was offered as a potential solution, not as a means to generate additional fees.

Very terrible service and irresponsible representative
So this was my first time using autobidmaster, I did so because your website says one of the benefits of using Autobidmaster is “get full report and inspection of your stock pre and post loading”, so I won the bid for an Hyundai sonata sport 2015 whose primary damage was clearly stated as “normal wear”. I received the car to find out it has a serious mechanical fault that concerns the engine and is already costing me so much, the worst part of it is that when I called your representative in Nigeria who has been my contact person, his response to me has been terrible and not reflective of what is promised on your website, I have sent him messages and he has refused to respond, for a first time customer, I am extremely disappointed, it pains me so much to have trusted a brand like autobidmaster.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We're sorry to hear about the issue you've encountered and understand how frustrating that is, especially on a first purchase. It's important to note that AutoBidMaster doesn't own, inspect, or take possession of the vehicles listed - the condition reports, photos, and descriptions come from the seller and the auction itself, so we always recommend viewing all available photos and reports carefully, or arranging a third-party inspection, before bidding. Regarding your concerns about customer service, we take every complaint seriously, and this issue has already been addressed internally.
