Thank you for the feedback, and glad to hear our team's communication and follow-up were helpful throughout. Initial shipping estimates are based on rates available at the time of quoting, but ocean freight costs – particularly for electric/hybrid vehicles and certain routes – can shift due to carrier surcharges, container availability, and route-specific factors that aren't always known until closer to booking. We understand a change of that size is significant, and our team worked to find the most viable shipping option available for your destination at the time. Thanks again for sharing your experience with us.

Thank you for sharing the details of your experience. We're sorry to hear the vehicle didn't match your expectations after arrival. For context, an "Enhanced Vehicle" label on Copart listings means the seller authorized light cosmetic or presentation work – such as washing the exterior or vacuuming the interior – to improve how the vehicle presents for sale. It doesn't indicate that mechanical repairs were made or guarantee the condition of any component. AutoBidMaster doesn't own, inspect, or take possession of vehicles listed for auction – these are salvage vehicles sold as-is by the auction, which is why we always recommend an independent inspection before bidding, especially when condition is a concern. Relisting the vehicle for auction with consignment was offered as one possible path forward for buyers who no longer want a vehicle they've won. This is a service available to all customers and was offered as a potential solution, not as a means to generate additional fees.

Thank you for sharing this, and congratulations on your first win! We're glad the delivery came through quickly and that our customer service team was responsive when you reached out. AutoBidMaster's process runs from bidding through payment to title transfer and shipping, so it's great to hear that end-to-end experience went smoothly for you. Good luck with your second purchase this week - we hope it goes just as well!

Thank you for the feedback, and glad to hear the overall process was handled professionally. We understand the extended wait for shipping was frustrating, and we want you to know our team was in contact with you throughout that period. Shipping timelines can sometimes be affected by factors outside our direct control, and we appreciate your patience while things got sorted out. If there's anything further we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team directly.
