I ordered a watch for my husband Earl for a Christmas present. The product was supposed to be here in 3 months and it’ll at least be 4 months before we get it. I have not gotten any calls or updates on my order. Even though my phone number, email address, etc is on the order they refuse to speak to me because I am Earl’s wife. So, Earl has to call about his own Xmas present to get updates on it. I expected good customer service after purchasing this very expensive watch and we simply have not received it. I’m very disappointed and regretful at this point for purchasing here. I wanted a nice watch for my husband but it is a lot of work for him to even get a status update on his watch. I can’t help him by calling either because they won’t even speak to me.

This company has the best price for the watches that I want. At first, I wasn't sure but I called them and talked to someone in the company. They explained all my questions and everything was as they described; I got my watch on time at the best price I found online. I will shop with them again.

I bought an original bracelet for my Tudor 79220n Black Bay Black from the website based on a statement that it would fit my watch. However the endlinks do not fit with the profile of the watch. The endlinks delivered are 675. They should be number 681. Authentic Watches has shown no understanding nor willingness to mitigate the issue. As a consequence I find it hard to recommend their products and services to others. Update: in February 2019 Authentic Watches tried to convince Trust Pilot that this review was not relevant. And Authentic Watches claimed that this Review is not a Review of their Company, but rather of Tudor. However this is wrong. The review is related to Authentic Watches and the low score is due to the fact that they sold a product that was not suited for the watch that they claimed it should be suitable for. If you are a watch connaisseur you will know that end links are designed to specific watch models. The end links that Authentic Watches sold to me are not designed to this model, but to a different Tudor model. Authentic Watches refused that this was the case and they refused to mitigate the problem. I had to buy the correct end links from a Danish AD who recognized the problem and gave me a discount on the purchase out of courtesy. Now it annoys me that Authentic Watches dislikes my Review and score and that they are trying to convince Trust Pilot to remove it in order to get a better score. Very unsympathetic indeed. For these reasons I can not recommend this Company to anyone.
