Perfect experience

Great people they say what they mean and mean what they say.

Great customer service. This was the first time I had purchased from Authentic Watches. I was concerned about buying something on line for this amount. They were quick to respond and put my concerns to rest with their quick and professional responsiveness.

Very nice band parts! Better experience than I expected. Like new watch parts - very good quality and condition. Will use again

Great experience

awesome!! I have purchased a number of watches from authentic watches .com great shipping, products, and price!

Lightning fast shipping and totally legit!

These people were a total disappointment! They did not price match 2 vendors I provided and Susan stated they price match based on “value”. BS after BS. I paid for my watch online through Amazon pay on their website then they refuse to send the watch because they require bank wires for amounts greater than $10,000. They do not want to pay American Express fees. Therefore there misrepresenting the price of the product. Customer service is of no concern to them. I will not do business with these people ever again
