Outstanding customer service and I'm delighted with my watch. They even organised for it to be delivered to my hotel in NYC when I was there on holiday. Great communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Keep up the good work!

Wasn't able to return my watch due to"Special Order" It didn't say special order on website. I am very unhappy with the watch. I would like to trade in for a different model.

We are sorry to hear that the client is upset. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on special order items, as they are not normally stocked and are only especially ordered for clients. This is outlined in our returns policy. Contrary to the reviewer's claim, this was indeed outlined in our policies at the time of checkout, as well as in the email confirmation sent to the client on Feb 10, 2020, at 12:28 PM Pacific Time.
