I have had 2 Autel Evo2 Drones. The first one was fine no real issues so I upgraded and have had nothing but problems. The smart controller stopped working and was eventually replaced by the worst customer service I'd experienced to that point. This title didn't last long though as the drone then stopped doing one of its core functions and I had to deal with customer service again. I am currently 13 weeks into this issue with only a suggested software update given as a solution (it didn't work, no surprise). The Drone is used for my business and has been grounded for most of this year. I am being forced to pursue this matter in Small Claims Court. A good drone ruined by totally inept customer services. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
