Just purchased a new mx808z scanner and it’s excellent. Delivery was within 24 hours and customer service was excellent. Don’t listen to the negative reviews I would highly recommend this company

I’ve never dealt with Autel UK regarding purchases , only on one enquiry which they referred me to Autel China HQ which China HQ sorted within 48hrs so very grateful for their help. All my purchases & subscriptions have all been purchased through Autel China protocol & whoever does the best deal from Autel dealers again mainly from China dealers & all have been very good . They are genuine even without the EU tag attached & not gray imports. Don’t really know if my Scan tools will stop working if the subscription should run out , I do hope not but my aim is to keep them up to date but I always wait for the best deals to pop up . Autel subscriptions are not cheap , far from it but again they are quick to update the subscription for a further one year to start from expiry date . Always shop around & make sure your vehicle is covered by the Scan tool you are about to buy . Just wish they would release some newer updates for the BT608E which in turn are free & apart from new OS & firmware updates , they are still from 2020/21 , need some more for 2022/23 > vehicles as newer ones are not recognised or listed , so please release an update for the BT608E . Update : Jan/Feb 2025 - some new updates have now been released for the BT608E mainly system updates not so much new vehicle updates ! Update : 20/02/2026 , my Autel Ultra Lite subscription has recently expired but it still works as a stand alone scan tool but will eventually be renewed as not using it at the moment .

I messaged Customer Support to check the scanner would work with my vehicle. My existing scanner was a Foxwell. My problem was with a blocked DPF, but everything including the DFP has been replaced including all sensors. My Foxwell is not user friendly so I decided to buy a pro spec Autel. I've spent over 5000 pounds at garages trying to diagnose my recurring problem thinking only a professional could fix my van. But in reality, after an hour with my new Autel the issue has been solved. Short circuit on the vaporisor. I want to be buried with my Autel scanner. It's saved me so much time and money.

I just had a great experience with tech support. Jodie assisted me to update software, which I was not able to do online. The process was smooth, efficient and seamless. Jodie was attentive, courteous, helpful, and entertaining. It was just the type of interaction that I needed on a busy day!
