As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Everything was Okei but when I arrived…
Everything was Okei but when I arrived I haven’t feel like the agency is helping with all the coronavirus problems. I couldn’t get my social security card because offices are closed so I can’t get my license and my bank account and the agency doesn’t help with this or try to give us another option.

I'm participating in the Au Pair…
I'm participating in the Au Pair program since August 2019 and I'm so happy that I choose Inter exchange, they had been amazing and supportive since the first day. The training in NYC was amazing, everyone helped me and gave me amazing tips about the city, program, courses and trips. My host family is amazing, we share a lot of things and learn daily with each other, we traveled together, they tried Brazilian food, made the best barbecue, we adopted a cute puppy and we spent a lot of time together, specially now. I'm happy to be in the Au Pair program! :)

Insurance
During situations like this I feel Au pairs should have access to better insurance, I’ve feel like I can’t get sick because I will not be able to pay for things, which honestly feel really bad, besides that everything is great.

Best agency, price is cheaper but with the same benefits. Great support all along my year!
