As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Ha anat tot super bé, molt fàcil des del primer moment, et sents segura i còmoda des del primer moment. L'estada a NY se'm ha fet curta però a l'hora volia conèixer la família. Ha estat perfecte.

Too complicated when there is a pre-match
The process for an au pair when the family has already found an au pair is too complicated and honestly there are a bunch of extra fees that are not necessary. The man reason I used your agency was to get a VISA to the au pair I found, so I would recommend creating a separate process, more lean and easy for these types of instances.

Thanks for the honest feedback, Giulia. As a Department of State designated sponsor, we're responsible for the same screening, training, orientation, local coordinator support, and year-round monitoring for every au pair we sponsor, and those obligations don't change based on how a family and au pair found each other. That's what the program fee covers.
