The esperience was good

My experience with the agency was very positive. The application and matching process with host families was well organized, clear, and smooth. I felt supported throughout the main stages of the process, and the information provided was helpful and easy to follow. I did experience moments where I felt a bit less accompanied than expected. The support at some stages was more general rather than one-on-one, which at times made me feel somewhat on my own while adapting to a completely new environment. That said, the process itself is well structured, and the agency does a great job connecting au pairs with families and facilitating the overall experience. In hindsight, this also helped me grow personally and realize that I am capable of navigating challenges independently. I would definitely recommend the agency to future au pairs, especially those who are proactive and comfortable taking initiative.

organized, clear instructions good candidates

Almost everything was great but the response once you are with the family from my LCC is hard to get it.

All information is good for au pairs. And workers do their best to get any essential information before of the arrival date. Just it will be necessary clarify the second year extention cause the au pair just can stay on USA, and they can not leave dring this second year.
