Jane was a fabulous au pair
Jane was a fabulous au pair. She learned quickly and was responsible and respectful. Jill is a wonderful LCC. She is available and helps if there are any issues along the way.

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback! We're delighted that Jane has been such a fantastic addition to your family and that Jill has been the supportive resource you needed. This is exactly the kind of match we strive for, great au pairs paired with families and Local Coordinator support that truly works. We appreciate your kind words!

Good experience though feels like a lot of work
We’ve had a very positive experience so far and love our au pair who just arrived. However, the set up in the initial weeks has been more involved than we excepted. We have had an inordinate amount of back and forth with our local coordinator in attempting to schedule a home visit. They do not seem flexible to account for our work schedules and our child care needs, particularly during the first weeks when our au pair is here and cannot yet take care of the children independently. It would be helpful for the agency and coordinator to be more understanding that working parents have limited availability during the work week and to try to accommodate visits at alternative times such as weekend or evenings. I’m really glad our au pair is here, but right now it just feels like a lot of work communicating with the agency and getting her set up. This was more involved than we anticipated.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're thrilled your au pair arrival went well! We hear you on the scheduling challenges during those early weeks. We'll take your suggestion about offering weekend and evening home visit options to better work around working parents' schedules. We appreciate your patience as your family settles in together.
