As a non-profit organization staffed by parents and world travelers, we understand the value of strong support!We believe that childcare should be more than just a service—it should be an enriching experience that connects families with the world.Our program is a Department of State-designated sponsorship that connects qualified international au pairs with host families across the United States.Unlike traditional daycare or nanny services, the Au Pair program offers unparalleled flexibility. An au pair lives in your home and can provide up to 45 hours of care per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Au Pair USA by InterExchange - Our experience with Au Pair USA has been nothing short of heartbreaking. What was supposed to be a supportive and cultural childcare program turned into months of stress and disappointment. After investing our time, money, and hopes, we were met with poor communication, lack of empathy, and unprofessional handling of issues. When our placement fell apart, instead of helping us through the situation, they abruptly canceled everything, leaving our family scrambling — right after welcoming a new baby. The process felt cold and dismissive, and the partial refund we received didn’t reflect the hardship we endured. This experience has taken an emotional toll on our family, and I truly hope others don’t go through the same.

Special Experiences Beyond Japan
Because I can experience many things that I couldn’t do in Japan — such as attending school events like night movies, having meals and going out with my host family, and learning about parenting in another country.

Honestly the best agency
Honestly the best agency. AupairUSA cares so much about your wellbeing, they follow-up, call, send cute birthday wishes without being told. I’m sticking with them all the way. The agency has no hidden costs and no discrepancies. I am having my best time!

GREAT EXPERIENCE
All information is good for au pairs. And workers do their best to get any essential information before of the arrival date. Just it will be necessary clarify the second year extention cause the au pair just can stay on USA, and they can not leave dring this second year.
