Had to threaten bad maps review to actually get a responsive person. Your return policy is broken. I would never recommend your hearing aids. In fact I bought elehear and love them. Audian absolutely sucks! Stay away from them and their bs responce customer care team! They sent replacements.. Finally. I threw them in a drawer and use my amazing elehear aids

Audien Atom has been spamming me for months. They are in violation of every provision in the Can Spam Act. I have sent them 18 emails and they just keep promising they will stop, but even after 8 months they still have not.

Only wore twice. Knew immediately they were not for me. I am a Veteran OTC hearing aid user. Contacted Audien within a week of receipt. They refuse to give me instructions on how to return and get a refund unless I spend 30+ minutes with an audio guy to try to address the problem. What a waste of my precious time ($100 please). This has to be illegal. Write to the company. Request return and refund within the refund window. Get denied unless I talk to someone. Sounds like blackmail. 8/21/2026 Audien now states I can return . Order number 1529001. Kindly and compassionately send me instructions as well as adequate compensation for the time and hassle to get a product returned that I made very clear that I don’t want. Requested within the time restraint. Legit. Simple. Should have been. You owe me $$$
