The hearing aids were sent promptly, I tried using them for about 2-3 weeks, they were great, adjustable volume and very discreet. Lucero was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the return.

Adam was a wonderful person to speak to when I was having issues with my hearing aids. He walked me through a couple of troubleshooting tasks. The way he did so was so patient. Being Technologically challenged, I’m sure it was difficult for both of us. He was amazing! It’s refreshing to speak to a customer service representative that makes you feel like they really care about resolving your problem, and that he did! Adam had a new hearing aid sent to me and it is working well.
