Posting for my friend Vicki :) I purchased The Audien Atom One hearing aids and I am so happy with them. Being a senior I could see I needed some extra help and these did the trick. They came boxed nicely with everything needed including instructions. They were so easy to set up. As I am still fine tuning and had some questions I have found their customer service to be exceptional. Speaking to Rachel today has cleared up the few questions I had. She was patient and explained everything simply and clearly. I felt even more confident about my usage of this product after we spoke. I highly recommend this company if you feel you may need some help with your hearing! I also had a problem sending a review and I e mailed her. She responded immediately! Thank you Rachel and Audien!
