Despite what they say on their website that "Your satisfaction is our priority", in the end, their awful customer service and lack of standing behind the promised money-back guarantee totally failed my 85-year-old mom. She decided to give them a try based on that money-back guarantee. After receiving the $400 hearing aids and participating in the instructional Zoom meeting, she was just not able to get them to work for her and decided to return them using a prepaid USPS label provided by Audien. The post office wound up losing the package and we then found out that the return label provided by Audien was insured for only $100 for reasons that I cannot understand. Multiple appeals to Audien to do the right thing and reimburse my mom for the additional $300 have gone denied. Situations like this reveal the true nature of a company's conscience and dedication to customer service. Shame on them.
