I was unable to use the hearing aids because of a medical issue. The advisor I worked with was very patient and gave me several suggestions to help. Ultimately, she helped me process a return without any hassles.

They lure you in with an easy return. They offer 45 days to make the return. But try to return them. They will stonewall you. You will not be given a refund or return address. Instead, they want to force you into a 30 minute video call. This company is highly suspect. Please look around for someplace else to spend your hard earned money.
