I received the EV1 hearing aids and they worked well the first day. On the second day one unit had steady static, I contacted support and they helped me very well. Unfortunately I had to return the first set and they have already processed the return so replacements will not be delayed. So far I have found them to have great customer service.

They double charged thousands of customers then left those senior citizen customers to fix the problem themselves with the credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!

Charles, I am aware of the issue you describe and we are sincerely sorry you were double charged. In fact, this issue happened through our merchant services and affected many customers on the date you ordered. We have been remedying this by refunding the single charge that appears in our system, and expect the second charge to be refunded once the banks and merchants process our request. I have had hearing loss for 20 years. Tried 2 sets of $3K a piece hearing aids. Worked great but after a few years each broke. No warranty, no option other than buying another set. I decided to try Audien because of the price. They work very well. They even work well when I am playing guitar! Not perfect but great for the price. I may get a second pair just as a backup.

MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT MYAUDIENS FOR ME. SHE ORDERED THEM IN MAY BUT BECAUSE OF THE COVID THE SHIPPING DIDNT HPPEN TILL IN JUNE. THEY ARRIVED AT HER HOUSE AND SHE BROUGHT THEM TO ME. I WAS SO HAPPY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WITH BACK GROUND NOISE SO I CONTACTED AUDIEN. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND SENT ME SOME LARGER EAR BUDS. THAT TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I LOVE THEM AND WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHOIS HAVING HEARING PROBLEMS. SMALL PRICE TO BOOT.

I bought a set of 2 for Christmas gifts and d they don't work. They are junk. Don't waste your money. I need a return address and I want my money back.

We are sorry you were unsatisfied with your devices. If they did not work, you definitely received defective pairs. We kindly ask you revise this review. Defective devices can and do happen, which is why we have a 1 year warranty that covers any defects by our fault. We also have our 30 day guarantee in case you are unsatisfied for any reason.
