one hell if a lot better hearing than the last pair I paid $5,000 for.

Terrible product and terrible company I do not wish to change my review for the following reasons: 1). It was not possible to adjust the aids so they did not whistle 2). You indicated you would provide replacement aids and you have not done so 3). I requested a refund and you have done nothing 4). Upon. Correcting the above I will adjust my review

Not Real Hearing Aids! These are not hearing aids...they are amplifiers that amplify all sounds. Actual hearing aids are programmed to each person individual hearing loss. "Cutting out the middleman," this is a person's health. A true hearing aid is FDA approved and has serial numbers that are tracked and the audiologist who fit them are trained professionals that need to be license in the state that they dispense hearing aids in. Actual hearing aids have years of research and development to produce these medical devices. Furthermore, you could damage your hearing rather than improving your hearing with such bogus devices as these Audien products. Please do not waste your money and purchase these products!!

I bought the EV1s for my mom. She is a housekeeper in a hospital so she's always moving around and active at work. She told me that the hearing aids keep falling out of her ears. She has switched the different sizes, but they still keep falling out. Maybe they are for people that are retired and don't move around much...?

Ordered and received the ev3 for mom She has been wearing them and seems to be adjusting well However the teeny tiny screwdriver that adjusts volume in teeny tiny screw in on one has become stripped therefore I can't turn volume up I feel so bad for her...what do I do now She needs another .. Hope I can get some help from the company she was enjoying them

I ordered and received my EV3 hearing aids . They arrived in 6 days. I have worn behind the ear aids for 5 years and they need replacing. I went with Audien to get me through to when I could afford to replace what I have. The Audiens actually work quite well. The charger that came with my order was not working. I emailed support and got a new charger, again within 6 days. So far I am pleased with the company and would recommend them, edpecially to someone who never wore hearing aids and wants to try them.

I had the EV1's and they stuck out too far, too much feedback, and could never get a good fit. Then they sent me a special price for the EV3's and OMG what a difference, they fit snug, they sound better, the volume is louder (I had to turn it down) and I don't even know I am wearing them. As far as completely hidden, no, but they are darn close except for that tiny pullout wire. I was not pleased with the EV1 but I certainly am with the EV3's. I may even wear them out in public, something I would never do before. I must add that I did have a pair of $2,000 hearing aids before the EV1's and I never wore them...ever!, because the battery lasted half a day. With the EV3's I never have to worry about that. In fact I am wearing them now and can't even feel them :)
