There customer service is terrible. I have been trying to reach them for 10 days with no luck. The hearing aids are uncomftable and hard to get used to. One went out after 2 months and I am trying to get a replacement. I would not recoment anyone to purchase. All the cheap hearing aids are terrible to deal with probabley ude to the quality. A couple of things I do really like a is the battery charger as you don't have to turn off aids and lasts more than 16 hours between charges.

I love the atoms pro. When they do work. They will only last a month if that. Currently on the phone(on hold). I have the protection plan but now they are saying I am over my limit. Again they work great for a month then they stop

I recently lost a hearing aid and called to get a new one shipped. I went round and round and round and round with the “customer service” person to get it through her head that I have moved and needed my address updated. They then Emailed me 4 days later, saying there was a “problem” with my shipping address. I gave them my new address AGAIN. I am still waiting—10 days later--for my aid that was to have been here in 5-7 days. Checked with the post office. They did have the package but returned it to Audien for “insufficient address.” They had listed my name, city and state only. NO STREET ADDRESS! I think they must have to pass a test in stupidity to get a job in customer service.

Save your money. Ev1. Ev3. Not FDA APPROVED. Think they are hearing amplifier not hearing aids Very tinny sound hard to understand, especially higher frequencies, female voice and music. Also, regardless the size of ear buds you use, they keep falling out of my ear.

Do not waste your money unless you want a device with no low end frequency response. These things sound like a 1960s transistor radio.

What a joke!!! Had an issue with one of the hearing aids turning off on its own. The other squeals any time you turn the volume up beyond about 1/2 way. Call customer service and tried to have them replaced under the warranty only to be told it was essentially our fault and they would not honor the warranty, and we would have to purchase a new set of hearing aids. SCAMMERS BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

*Buyer Beware*The absolute worst shopping experience we have ever had. If you buy these hearing aids, expect to spend hours trying to get in touch with customer service. My husband has tinitus and the EV3 made his ears ring worse, as well as the ear canals itched incessantly after an hour of wearing them. They are very responsive to answer questions but God help you if you want to return them because you'll never get ahold of anyone. The customer service department is only available for very limited hours during the week. On the rare occasion that I was able to get through on my 10th call to ask the last day we had to return them, they DELIBERATELY told me one day past the 45 days to void their return policy. 10 emails later, still no response from a supervisor when I asked them to listen to a recording of the call

***BUYER BEWARE***The ABSOLUTE worst customer service we have ever experienced. When you call Audien, you have a short 5 hour time frame to reach them when they actually take calls. If you call after hours, the phone rings twice and then disconnects you so that you cant leave a message. I have called 10 times about returning the hearing aids, which cause my husband's ears to itch incessantly and caused his tinitus to worsen after only an hour of wearing them for 4 days. We ended up going to an ENT to get a prescription meds for the infection. Despite all this, Audien will not honor the refund policy. The rep told me we had until February 5th to postmark the label for a return, convenienly ONE day after the satisfaction guarantee and refund expired. Save yourself the time and money. Its not worth it
