Cornell, After personally reviewing your orders and interactions with our support team I can see you had an interaction in June and the troubleshooting was successful. I cannot find further any further tickets or interactions with our team! It seems like you are experiencing a defect and after your free upgrade to the Atom Pro our policy states you are entitled to a free replacement if you encounter a defect within your first year of use. I have created a free replacement order and sent an email confirmation to the email we have on file. I apologize that you were having such trouble contacting us. We have phone support, email, and online chat support active during normal business hours. We hope this resolves this issue.

Jeff, Our mission at Audien is to provide affordable hearing to as many Americans as we can. We state that they are ideal for mild to moderately severe loss. We have some customers with profound hearing loss, but sometimes they may need something more customized if they have extreme case of hearing loss. These more customized devices are FDA recognized as hearing aids, but also involve many middle men such as audiologists and a insurance companies. We drive cost down by cutting out these middle men. We develop our products ourselves, and are constantly working to improve with new technology and designs. That being said you do have our lifetime protection plan so we can offer you a replacement for only $29.
